Sharing your Outlook calendar
with other users.
With Outlook open displaying the
folder list:
-
Right Click on the Calendar
folder
-
Click on Properties
-
Click on the Permissions tab
-
Click on the Add button to
select users to whom you wish to grant access
-
Click to highlight the user's
name, then choose the access for them in the bottom of the window under
Permissions. (Each user can have different access.)

Make sure Default is always
none unless you want All Users to have access to your calendar.

Click Apply, then click OK.
To access the calendar to which
you have been given permission:
-
Click on File
-
Open
-
Other user's folder
-
Click on Name to select the
user
-
Select Calendar from the
folder list
-
Click OK
-
After the calendar has been
opened once, the next time after clicking Open, the name of the calendar you
have previously opened will be displayed and you can choose it from there.
