Computer Based Training

For basic training on Windows 2000 and Microsoft Office 2000, the College recommends that users make an appointment at the CAI lab located in A-203. There are four computers set up with various computer-based training (CBT) packages.

Please contact Kathryn Jowers at 7117 or kjowers@yorktech.com to schedule a time to use the CBTs. Please note that Ms. Jowers is not available for application support but only for scheduling a computer-based training session. For application support, please enter it in the helpdesk only after you have tried to find your answer using the office helper (Mr. Paperclip).
